Sam Mcgovern Dyslexic Scotland Ambassador talk to us about be dyslexic in education

Sam Mcgovern is no stranger to helping out when it comes to the subject of Dyslexia in Scotland being a Dyslexic Scotland Ambassador she was more than happy to contribute to our documentary by speaking with us.

 

Sam spoke about her time in secondary school and subsequent move over to college and coping mechanism she developed to help with her dyslexia. Alongside her work with Dyslexic Scotland she’s studying Animation in Dundee having always loved being creative which she sees as a link between her Dyslexia and creativity.

Interview with Sci-Fi Author Iain Mckinnon

This week we had the pleasure of interviewing for our documentary with Dyslexic author Iain Mckinnon at our studio and later at the Bridgeton Library the type of place Iain loves to go to for inspiration for his latest work.

Iain spoke to us about how being Dyslexic and the type of effect it had on his education growing up and how he went on to be a published author who’s well known for his work in the Sci-Fi genre which includes his most well known work the “Domain of the Dead” a series of zombie novels.
